Our landlord on-boarding process is quick, simple and transparent, so that your property will be set up, live, and will start earning for you in no time!

The Key View Process

Check out what an example of WEEK 1 of your on-boarding looks like.

Property Inspection:
  1. Collect keys (Minimum of three keys and two access cards)

  2. Property inspection (inventory and soft-launch photos)

  3. Quote for required items; with approval, items ordered (billed at month-end)

  4. Arrange Wi-Fi and Gas connection (if required)

DTCM and Insurance:
  1. Register with Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM)

  2. Insurance coverage for 650 AED per year

Ordered Items Placed in Unit
Onboarding Cleaning:
  1. Deep cleaning of unit

  2. Hotel grade linen

Final Photos and Property Go-Live:
  1. Professional photos taken

  2. Property listed on all major OTA platforms

  3. Dashboard login details given

  4. Additional information about OTA platforms and the Key View Dashboard to be provided in Week 2

  5. Dynamic Pricing Tool will be used to set the daily pricing of the property
