Quote for required items; with approval, items ordered (billed at month-end)

Arrange Wi-Fi and Gas connection (if required)
DTCM and Insurance:

Register with Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM)

Insurance coverage for 650 AED per year
Ordered Items Placed in Unit
Onboarding Cleaning:

Deep cleaning of unit

Hotel grade linen
Final Photos and Property Go-Live:
